About the Role:

Join our Engineering Rotational Program, a full-time position designed to fast-track your growth and transition into a specified engineering role within our team. Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities: 

  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team setting with operators, technicians, and other engineers.
  • Lead trials to optimize processes, manage DOEs (Designs of Experiment), ensure robust data collection, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to design and scale up new processes, enhance process control systems, and improve reliability and output consistency.
  • Collaborate with OEMs and suppliers to improve manufacturing performance
  • Link manufacturing performance and product quality by understanding the business needs via Safety, Environmental Controls, Production KPIs, Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, ISO Standards, Lean CI Tools and Best Practices

Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Present progress and findings to KINA management and key stakeholders.
  • Report monthly progress on key projects to the Sr. Manager, Process Development and the respective Plant Process Team

Qualifications

Education

  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or a related technical field) is required.

 

Other Requirements:

  • Must be detail-oriented and results-driven, committed to enhancing customer satisfaction through process excellence.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Requires relocation every 9-12 months while in the 2 year Engineering Rotational Development Program
  • Must occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying environmental conditions (dust/temperature) while in plants.
