Responsibilities

  • Put safety first in every plan and procedure; incorporate safe work practices into all job plans.
  • Review Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP PM) notifications for accuracy and clarity; translate requests into well-scoped work orders.
  • Plan all non-emergency maintenance in SAP (labor, craft hours, permits, parts reservations, and external services).
  • Build and maintain a robust library of standard job plans to improve quality and repeatability.
  • Own PM program effectiveness in SAP: create new PMs, refine existing PMs, and update based on RCA/RCM/defect elimination findings.
  • Standardize Oven Clean Out (OCO) activities; automate order creation, parts reservations, and PRs in SAP.
  • Maintain accurate equipment records: BOMs, functional locations, and equipment structures.
  • Lead the weekly Planning & Scheduling meeting with Production and Process colleagues to align priorities and resources.
  • Manage spare parts refurbishment workflows and order non-stock parts as needed; create new SAP part numbers when required.
  • Monitor and manage the planned backlog; ensure a steady, ready-to-execute weekly schedule.
  • Partner with Stores to improve spare-part availability, kitting, and asset management practices.
  • Analyze maintenance data, create reports, and support reliability KPIs (schedule compliance, wrench time, and backlog health).
  • Support major rebuilds and projects with detailed maintenance plans.
  • Champion the maintenance business process and serve as the site SAP PM lead.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement, Lean, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Drive the highest level of employee retention and engagement to ensure a sustainable workforce.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the organization.
  • Instill an environment of inclusion, where all employees feel that they can contribute and impact the company in a positive manner.
