About the Role:


As a Project Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of planning, executing, and delivering high-impact projects. You’ll champion project management excellence, inspire cross-functional teams, and ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with our strategic goals. Responsibilities

Project Management Excellence

  • Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies, tools, and templates across the company.
  • Provide visible leadership and expertise in project management principles, guiding governance, change management, scheduling, and training.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project data and applying lessons learned.

Project Leadership

  • Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, from concept to completion and customer acceptance.
  • Identify, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, and decisions while monitoring interdependencies with other initiatives.
  • Motivate and inspire project teams to deliver exceptional results, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
  • Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost, securing necessary approvals.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with internal functions to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Communicate project status, metrics, and outcomes across all organizational levels and with external partners.
  • Develop and monitor key project metrics, sharing insights through dashboards to drive informed decision-making.
  • Drives the highest levels of employee retention and engagement to ensure a sustainable workforce.
  • Fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the organization.
  • Instills an environment of inclusion, where all employees feel that they can contribute and impact the company in a positive manner.

Qualifications

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Operations, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar certification preferred.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of project management experience, including 3 years leading cross-functional teams.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale, high-risk, and high-cost projects across geographies and functions.
  • Experience in the building and construction industry is a plus, with knowledge of insulation manufacturing products and processes preferred.

Skills & Abilities

  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools like Microsoft Project and Smartsheet.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work hands-on in both industrial manufacturing and corporate environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
