Summary of Position: 

 

As a Help Desk Analyst II, you’ll be at the heart of our fast-paced, innovative IT Support & Service Team, ensuring our employees have the tools and support they need to succeed. Responsibilities

  • Be the Go-To Expert: Provide top-notch technical support by responding to calls, emails, and requests, ensuring our team stays connected and productive.
  • Lead the Way: Act as a role model for Help Desk Analyst I team members, sharing your expertise and helping them grow.
  • Drive Innovation: Collaborate with the IT Support Supervisor to recommend and implement improvements that enhance our technology and processes.
  • Own Projects: Take charge of exciting projects like conference room installations, global team rollouts, and more.
  • Manage IT Assets: Keep our laptops, desktops, and mobile devices running smoothly, and ensure our hardware stock is always ready for action.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Create a positive and cooperative work environment by communicating clearly and effectively with employees and clients.
  • Drives the highest levels of employee retention and engagement to ensure a sustainable workforce.
  • Fosters a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the organization.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in IT or a related field is preferred or a combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: At least (2) two years in a Help Desk/IT Support environment.
  • Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills, with the ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
