Pay Rate: $23.15/hr+

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Advanced Manufacturing Specialist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll work with cutting-edge technology, tackle exciting challenges, and play a key role in shaping the future of manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Innovate and Create: Set up fixtures and tooling for machines, and write or modify programs to develop new products and processes.
  • Problem-Solve: Troubleshoot machine issues to identify and resolve quality and productivity challenges.
  • Hands-On Operations: Operate advanced machinery for machining, balancing, and drilling, ensuring precision and efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform visual inspections and measurements of incoming castings to verify quality standards.
  • Maintenance Mastery: Conduct preventative and non-preventative maintenance to keep machines running at peak performance.
  • Logistics Support: Handle waste materials, receive incoming packages, and prepare shipments for delivery.
  • Global Collaboration: Provide support to our sister shops in Belgium and Albion, MI, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success.
  • Engage and Inspire: Drive employee retention and engagement by fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Associate’s Degree in MET (Mechanical Engineering Technology) or EET (Electrical Engineering Technology), or equivalent work experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience with CNC or robotics.
  • Aptitude to learn and work with high-voltage systems is a plus.
